In this chapter presentation we will discuss the three main roles of a Business Analyst and how those roles are impacted by Agile. From there we will look at what a BA does within an Agile Iteration and how a BA can support a successful iteration through effective communication. Throughout the presentation we will discuss agile practices, tools and techniques and what it means to work in an Agile way.
