Kelly Bears earned her BS in Biology and Master of Business Administration from the University of Tulsa.  She has been practicing business analysis for 20 years and has been responsible for numerous projects and solutions across several functional business areas in the Insurance and Retail sectors.  Kelly currently manages a team of business analysts and project managers at Love’s Travel Stops and Country Stores and serves as a technology and business advisor at the enterprise level.  Kelly was the first Certified Business Analyst Professional (CBAP) in the state of Oklahoma and was instrumental in bringing the IIBA Oklahoma City chapter to realization.  She has served in the Vice President and President capacities with the IIBA OKC and has volunteered at the international level to enable the certification process.  Kelly believes in practicing business analysis to improve business problems and take advantage of business opportunities and enjoys sharing with others the benefits of the practice.
