Does Your Business Intelligence System Need a Tune-up?

Tuesday, May 8, 2018 -
11:30am to 1:00pm
Synopsis:

Big Data and Analytics are currently critical driver of success for organizations.  Organizations are investing in Business Intelligence System (BIS) environments to delivery meaning and value from their data.  Evaluation of the degree to which BIS environments are successful in satisfying the overall analytical needs of staff is difficult to determine.  Drilling down to the specific deficiencies in the organization’s BIS environment are even more challenging.  This session will exam an employee satisfaction survey that can be used to find if an organization’s BIS environment is producing expected results and where it needs to be improved.  Discussion of how the survey can be used for evaluation of other types of technology systems will also be conducted.

Objectives:

·        Evaluation of the overall level of staff satisfaction with an organization’s BIS

·        Determination of specific areas of deficiency in an organization’s BIS

·        Presentation of an adaptable technology system user satisfaction survey
