Exploring User Stories

Tuesday, February 13, 2018 -
11:30am to 1:00pm
Synopsis:

User stories are a popular technique used in scrum as a simple way for capturing requirements. They’re not intended to act like a signed contract but rather spark a conversation and evolve through product backlog refinement. This will be a collaborative session where we’ll define a user story and its parts, walk through refinement scenarios, and learn how to use epics and user stories.

Objectives:
  • Identify the parts of a user story
  • Learn how to write effective user stories
  • Explore the relationship between user stories and epics

Speaker:
