Synopsis:

In this presentation, we will discuss the importance of considering security requirements when designing future state of a solution. As Business Analysts, we often focus more on how the system should look and behave from an end user perspective. Determining non-functional requirements related to information security ensures your organization is mitigating risk of attack while fostering a much needed dialogue between BAs and their IT Security Specialist colleagues. :

Speaker Bio:

Geoff Wilson is founder and Security Pro Coach with Go Security Pro. He is passionate about helping companies that struggle with security gain a simple, prioritized plan for moving their security program forward. Geoff has a Master's of Information Security from Carnegie Mellon University and a Computer Science degree from the University of Oklahoma. He also taught Information Security at the University of Oklahoma for four years as an Adjunct Professor.
