Agile Business Analysis for Excellence

Synopsis:

This presentation showcases how Agile Business Analysis contributes to excellence.As such, attendees learn what constitutes excellence while also receiving practical tools and techniques in the form of comprehensive handouts to take with them for immediately furthering excellence in their professional practice.Attendees receive insight into contemporary scientific research findings pertaining to human thought processes, and how these findings can assist with furthering excellence aligned with defined Business Analysis models and processes.All managers, executives and other professionals who may be unfamiliar with contemporary Business Analysis learn the value including Business Analysis offers to their endeavors.In addition to handouts for all attendees, the presentation includes a drawing for a giveaway.

Speaker:

Trent’s professional experience (in both the private and public sectors) includes more than two decades practicing Business Analysis.He has presented on BA topics throughout the United States including BA World and BBC conferences.Trent is an IIBA and PMI member currently serving the IIBA as VP of Professional Development for the Ft. Worth, TX chapter.In addition to various professional certifications, Trent holds an advanced academic degree in Managerial Science.His experience includes serving as an advisor to a U.S. Vice-President as well as various business and government leaders, and on various governance boards.He is a licensed airplane pilot. He is involved in research concerning human thought processes.Trent enjoys fine dining experiences.
